Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any physical products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund

Refunds on physical products are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have a concern with your order, please reach out to us directly through our contact page and we will do our best to make it right.

Digital products (including the Digital Grimoires Journal) are non-refundable. All digital sales are final at the time of purchase.

Services (readings, sessions, and any booked appointments) are non-refundable. By booking a session you are agreeing to this policy.

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed within 7 business days before shipping. Some products — including the Cleansing Bath — are made to order, which is reflected in this processing window.

We ship within the United States only at this time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout. Oracle Shoppe is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has left our hands.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage where applicable. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will work with you toward a resolution.
